(in Deutschland nur Semiauto!) Gewehre, Granaten und Pistolen
Erwerb und Besitz sind frei. In der Bundesrepublik Deutschland müssen solche Waffen eine maximale Geschossenergie zwischen 0,5 und 7,5 Joule besitzen.
Joule besitzen. Luftdruck-, Softair-Waffen frei ab 18 Jahre (Energie > 0,5 Joule und < 7,5 Joule) diese sind mit einem F im Fünfeck gekennzeichnet. Erwerb und Besitz sind frei. Der Transport ist erlaubt, wenn die Waffe sich nicht in einem schuss- und zugriffsbereitem Zustand befindet. Das Führen außerhalb befriedeten Besitztums ist daher nur mit einem Waffenschein erlaubt. Zuwiederhandlungen werden als Straftat geahndet.
Einer Erlaubnis bedarf nicht, wer die Waffe nicht schußbereit und nicht zugriffsbereit von einem Ort zu einem anderen Ort befördert. Das heißt: wenn Sie eine Waffe in jeder Öffentlichkeit bei sich tragen (führen) möchten, brauchen Sie den "Waffenschein", aber im Schießstand, eigenen Haus, Garten, Grundstück oder mit Erlaubnis der jeweiligen Besitzer/Eigentümer dürfen Sie die Waffe ohne "Waffenschein" bei sich tragen. Es spielt auch keine Rolle, ob die Waffe geladen oder ungeladen ist.
Transport
Sie dürfen die Waffe jederzeit auf direktem Weg von einem zum anderen Ort transportieren, z. B. auf dem Weg vom Waffengeschäft nach Hause, zum Schießstand, oder von "Freundin A zu Freundin B". Die Waffe muss dabei ungeladen und sicher verstaut sein (im geschlossenen Behältnis durch ein Schloss gegen einen ordnungswidrigen Zugriff von außen gesichert). Sollten Sie gleichzeitig mit der Waffe auch Munition transportieren, müssen beide getrennt voneinander aufbewahrt werden.
